應(yīng)用 Application

·TYWZ2系列腳踏液壓鼓式制動(dòng)器，主要用于起重、運(yùn)輸、冶金、礦山、港口、碼頭、建筑機(jī)械等中、小型起重機(jī)大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的平穩(wěn)減速制動(dòng)，是一種常開式制動(dòng)器，為操作人員提供了一種平穩(wěn)放慢和減速制動(dòng)的方法。

主要特點(diǎn) Main Feature

·制動(dòng)襯墊為卡裝式整體成型結(jié)構(gòu)，更換十分方便、快捷。

·聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置和瓦塊自動(dòng)隨位裝置，使用過程中始終保持兩側(cè)瓦塊退距均等，避免因退距不均使一側(cè)制動(dòng)襯墊浮貼制動(dòng)輪的現(xiàn)象。

·主要擺動(dòng)鉸點(diǎn)均設(shè)有自潤(rùn)滑軸承，傳動(dòng)效率高，壽命長(zhǎng)，使用中無需潤(rùn)滑。

·帶有手動(dòng)閉合(上閘)裝置，在非工作狀態(tài)下有需要時(shí)，可通過其進(jìn)行維持制動(dòng)。

MAIN FEATURE

·Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace.

·Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device (patented technology)and shoe auto-aligning deviceconstantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing,making high efficiency of transmission,long ser vice life.Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·With manual closing (Upper Gate) device，it can be maintained and maintained in case of nonworking condition.

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+50℃

·制動(dòng)器周圍環(huán)境中，不得有易燃、易爆及足以腐蝕金屬和破壞絕緣的氣體和導(dǎo)電塵埃的場(chǎng)合。

·相對(duì)濕度:空氣相對(duì)濕度不大于90%

·使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

·戶外雨雪侵蝕或有腐蝕性氣體和介質(zhì)應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

·有特殊要求時(shí)，在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商確定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature:-20℃~+50℃

·There shall be no inflammable，explosive gas and conductive dust that can corrodemetal and destroy insulation in the environment around the brake.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place of use conforms to GB755-2019

·Rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be corrosion resistant.

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.
